Anil Aggrawal's Internet Journal of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology awards a scroll of honor for the best paper published in every issue. The best paper is decided not by a jury or a judge, but by the readers themselves, through an internet poll. From Volume 1, Number 2 (July - December 2000), an award for best thesis/dissertation is also being given.

Readers may want to continue polling for the following papers, as all the papers (and theses) are also eligible for the best paper (and thesis) of the decade.
