This new textbook by Dr. Subrahmanyam is primarily aimed at the Postgraduate student. The book is a new approach to the study of forensic medicine in a detailed manner.

The book gives several photographs which further add value to the text.

The foreword by Justice GV Seethapathy rightly congratulates the author for the publication of this book.

Overall I found the book useful for postgraduates. I heartily recommend it to them. I also congratulate Dr. Subrahmanyam for taking the lead to write a book for postgraduates, which did not exist so far.
